Printable Valentine’s Day Card – “Kool” Friend – Kool-Aid Tag

Who doesn’t want to be the “Kool” friend in school?

Growing up, Valentine’s Day was so exciting. From the time spent making a special box to collect all your goodies to fun snacks and oh, can’t forget that BIG special classroom party. I remember spending hours and hours on my box.

It had to be perfect for all my things. This year let’s make some extra special Valentine’s day Card Craft tags that can be attached to a really “Kool” drink pouch.  There are very few things that you will need for this project. Which makes it perfect for a busy mama and adorable enough that no one will question your excellent idea.

Valentine’s Not just for the girls

These definitely don’t have to be just for girls. They are “kool” for any kid! And most definitely gender neutral. You can hand it out to the whole class and not worry about which child gets what. Get an “A” in my book for simplification.

On that note, these are extremely frugal and don’t cost a lot to make. It is quite often that these juice boxes go on sale around Valentine’s Day. I am always on the lookout for extra savings, and I know you will be grateful for that as well.

Let the fun begin…

The very first step is to print this Valentine’s Day Card Craft template on cardstock. After you’re done printing out all of your templates, cut them out around the outer edge. Making each card. There are 4 cards on an 8 by 11 sheet of paper. Keep that in mind for the size of your child’s class.

After cutting out your template, simply punch two holes in the top of each valentine’s. This will be for the placement of the ribbon. Really, this whole project is very simple, quick, and easy.

Now tape the Kool Valentine’s template tag to the back of the Kool-Aid Jammers.

Youre a Kool Friend Valentine

Now you are ready to start adding these finishing touches. First, wrap a piece of ribbon around the drink pouch and thread each end through the holes in the top of the valentine. I suppose that could add a blue ribbon for boys and pink for girls.

Either way, if you decide I know they will turn out fantastic. Last, but not least, tie your ribbon into a bow. And you are all set. See, this really is a very simple and easy Valentine’s Day Card Craft.

Your kids do have the Koolest friends.
